ITEMS PRICES & LINKS

- Prices include delivery for my country, check yours.

- Prices embed needed pieces number

(ex: 2 x linear shafts 6x300mm 5,76 € ==> 5,76 € embed the 2 shafts)

There is still more cheaper sellers on aliexpress, especially for linear shafts, bearings and belt, but I prefered you to have some quality for these important pieces, but it's your call.

In the last 3 months some items prices have gone up a lot, for ex heatbed that i got for 11,41 € some month ago is now at 15,38 €, that’s why total reached 105 € (not including small supplies and some others i assume a "3d Printer tinkerer" has)

Click on Texts or Images to see Parts (on "Aliexpress")

And if you buy it, tick right boxes, make no mistake about models, take exactly  same ref listed here.

find out more if you're not familiar with "Aliexpress", in average delivery takes about 1 month ( but some can take more, or less), prefer "aliexpress standard shipping" if it's possible, it's a bit shorter delivery but also a bit more expensive.

 - Heatbed 300x200x3mm 12V 200W (15,38€)

Only heat part is 300x200, entire heatbed measures 314x214mm

 - 1 x 240 mm M4 threaded rod (z axe) (3,31 €, 250 mm, to cut)  If your printer is second-hand, then make sure your rod is a M4 (some change it for a TR8x8 leadscrew and Nema 17 motor)

TOTAL: 96,81 €

BUT DON’T FORGET ALUMINIUM ANGLES !!!

(i found it for 9 € in a discount hardware store)

  • 1 x angle Stair nose 45 x 22 x 2 mm(thick)   (1 m, need 70 cm, for X axe and gantry), Stair nose is better than simple angle for X axe and gantry because it's really stronger.
  • 1 x angle 20 x 20 x 1,5 mm(thick) (1 m, need 81 cm for Bed carriage left and right sides)
  • 1 x angle 30 x 20 x 1,5 mm(thick) (1 m, need 45 cm for Bed carriage front and rear sides). At the beginning i didn’t plan to put a third bearing block and linear shaft track on bed carriage, that’s why I chosed a stronger angle for this part (for a less loose), but finally i put third track, so i think stronger is no longer useful and you probably could take 20 x 20, same as for left and right side, but it’s your call. Note that printer will  also work without third Y linear shaft, all "Mods" i've seen everywhere works like that, printing will be just less accurate on the half right side of heatbed because of vibrations due to loose. Same observation for gantry that's not a mandatory.
  • 1 x flat aluminium 20 x 2mm(thick) (need only 30 cm, 6pcs  47 mm for the six wheels attachments)

TOTAL (with angles) = 105,81 €

AND FLAT STEEL:

I had those at home but any piece of flat steel could fit, you'll probably have to find how to adapt yours.

  • 2 x Flat 96 x 38 x 2 mm (thickness). accepted Lengths: 96 to 100 (10 cm). Width 38 is the min (because of bearing bracket width) but more is ok. It's for making a support for third bearing bracket.

  • 2 x Flat triangle corners.  70 x 77 x 100 (2 mm thickness) I had this ones at home, but you can use anything (small round piece that exceed is useless). There are for expanding printer rearside basement, it's much better to have more stability but it's OPTIONAL)

Of course if you want something prettier, thus get some corresponding color paint  (off-white for mine)

AND OPTIONAL PARTS :

ABOUT FANS: I changed them only because they was noisy, i found mines in old PCs, especially on old graphic cards and processors.

I didn't put link for the 60mm fan for basement, but you'll find it easily.

NEW TOTAL (with that) : 113,23

I assumed you should have followings,

but if not, here are links:

TOTAL (with that) 134,81 €

Some useful supplies:

TOTAL (with that):  142,05 €

I assume you've (yet) following things:

no link, easy to find

- A SET OF HEAT SHRINK TUBES

- SOME SMALLS PLASTIC ZIP TIES

AND WIRES

- 12 x pieces (15-20 cm) of mini/micro wires, preferably with some differents colors, to expand extruder motor, thermistance hotend and dial knob button wires. If you dont't have it and don't want to buy it, they are easy to find in: Old PCs (wires for led, speaker, deported usb, etc), Old IDE HDD ribbon, or also in USB cables, phone cable, etc, etc, they are everywhere.

- 2 x pieces (15-20cm) of medium wire (0.5 mm2 or a bit less) for the heating tubes wires expansion (3,5 A max current for a 40W hotend).

- 1 x piece 1,5 meter of 0.75 mm2 (or more) triple core cable (with socket) for AC Power Supply Unit

- 1 x piece 1,5 meter of 1 mm2 (or more) double core cable, to power heatbed (from PSU to Mofset). according to further table 1mm2 works narrowly because heatbed is 200W/12V=16,5 Amp, (0,75mm2 will work but it will be lukewarm, 1mm2 or more is safer).

- 1 x piece 1,5 meter  of 0.75 mm2 (or more) double core cable to power printer itself. I don't know exactly current needed but because printer no longer supply any heatbed i don't think it goes upper 5-6 A. you can also give up this one and keep genuine PSU if you prefer.
